ClipboardReady ("we," "us") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect when you visit clipboardready.pages.dev, download our free sample, or buy our products, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Free sample downloads. The free sample is delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad asks for your email address so it can send your download link, and shares that email (and any name you give) with us as the seller. We don't run a mailing list and don't send marketing emails.
- Purchases. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad shares with us your name, email address, what you bought and your general location. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Basic site data. Our hosting provider may log technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance. If we use analytics, we use a privacy-focused tool that does not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To deliver the files you asked for or bought. Gumroad sends the download link and receipt.
- To answer questions, process refunds and provide support.
- To keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.
We do not send you marketing emails. If we ever start a newsletter, we will ask you to opt in first. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the business, and they process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies: Gumroad (checkout, free and paid file delivery, receipts) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). If we change providers, we'll update this list.
Children
This site and our products are for adults, such as coaches and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email clipboardready@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing clipboardready@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.
How long we keep it
We keep download and purchase records as long as needed to provide support, refunds, and for tax and accounting purposes, or until you ask us to delete what we're not required to keep.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
