These terms apply to clipboardready.pages.dev and to digital products sold by ClipboardReady. By using the site or our products, you agree to them.
Purchases
Our products are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and applicable sales tax. Gumroad's terms also apply to your purchase.
Your license
When you buy or download a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for coaching your own team(s). You may print as many copies as you need for yourself, your assistant coaches and your team's families. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, upload to file-sharing sites, or share the file with other teams or coaches, and you may not claim it as your own work. All content remains the property of ClipboardReady.
Refunds
If a product isn't right for you, email clipboardready@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Safety and no professional advice
Our products and articles are general information for recreational youth sports. They are not professional coaching, medical, or safety instruction and don't replace training or certification your league requires. Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity suits your players, for supervising them at all times, and for following your league's rules, your facility's rules and the law. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipboardReady and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
